Revoking Users From Roles |

Before you begin this task: You must have the role of a systemAdmin or organizationalAdmin to revoke users from roles.
Revoking Users from Roles results in invalidating the privileges of users. After assigning users to roles, if you intend to remove the unwanted users from roles, follow the below procedures.
Go to CUSP > My Applications, click 
(User Manager) and select Roles - Users view in the User Manager window.
- To remove users from a single role
- Select a role in the Roles pane. Corresponding users are highlighted in the Users pane.
- Select the required user(s), right-click them and click Remove from Selected Role(s) . Unwanted users are removed from the role.
- To remove users from multiple roles
- Select roles in the Roles pane. Corresponding users are highlighted in the Users pane.
- Select the required user(s), right-click them and click Remove from Selected Role(s). Unwanted users are removed from the selected roles.
Tip: You can select multiple roles or users by holding down the CTRL key.
